Review of November 15, 2016 minutes

Milton made a motion to approve the minutes as written.  Tony second the motion.  The motion passed by all.

Discussion on possible warrant articles

All Board members were in favor of presenting a warrant article to change the zone of tax map 102-7 from Rural to Industrial.  A public hearing will be noticed for December 20, 2016.  Someone from Littleton Industrial Development Corp. will be present at the deliberative session to discuss this.

The Board discussed RSA 674:71 – 73 regarding Accessory Dwelling Units.  The law goes into effect next year.  The Board decided to take some time to review the new law and consider whether or not it should be added to the Zoning Ordinance.  If the Board decides against presenting a warrant article that would add ADU’s to the Zoning Ordinance, then ADU’s will automatically be permitted. Attorney Waugh will be at the ZBA meeting next Tuesday night and will most likely discuss this topic.

Other business

Milton explained how he will do a Master Plan survey mailing of 367 letters.  This random name list will cover about 10% of the registered voters.  The survey will be mailed out with a stamped return envelope after the holidays.  The results will be gathered in February.

The Board will meet again in December 20, 2016.

At 7:15, Milton made a motion to adjourn.  Tony second the motion.  The motion passed by all.
