SECTION
1.
Pursuant to Article 23 of the 1979 Littleton Town Warrant,
the Littleton Fire Department shall have the authority to inspect all
new chimney and heating unit installations within the Town of
Littleton, New Hampshire.
SECTION
2.
All inspections will be done in accordance with the 1986
National Fire Codes (NFPA 89-M 211) and any amendments thereto.
SECTION
3. PENALTY
Any person(s) who fails to have such
inspection done shall be subject to a penalty. This will be done in
accordance with the Penalties Ordinance of the Town of Littleton.
SECTION
4. FEE
There shall be no fee for such inspection.
