December minutes reviewed and accepted.

I. Financial. No change to budget and our surplus will be added to the 2015 budget.

II. Permits and Correspondences. There is a request for more information regarding expansion at Rotobec. DES reviewed their dredge and fill application and has requested additional information. DES sent notification to Chris and Rebecca Crowe that required restoration monitoring reports for their proposed manufactured home site was not done and that they may be in violation of an RSA. There is a letter to NH Wetlands Bureau with an attached map regarding work done to culverts on Bishop St. DES also wants more information on work done to the Lakeway parking lot across the street from the school.

III. Management Responsibilities. The Dells: Bill opened the gates for snowmobiles. Pine Hill: Well used for snow shoeing, may need crampons for walking. Kilburn Crag: Bill and Dorothy both went up. No more 4 wheeled vehicles have been up. The tree across the trail remains for now.

VI. Old Business. Marcie developed a warrant article for fishing at Dells pond. We need 25 signatures by tomorrow (1/13/15) on a petition so that this article can be added to the warrants for March. Everyone will try to get signatures tomorrow and get the petitions to the town offices before 4:00.

Meeting adjourned 7:45 p.m. Next meeting is Monday Feb. 9, 2015
