BOARD OF SELECTMEN’S MEETING
MONDAY, JANUARY 5, 2015
4:30 PM
TOWN OFFICE CONFERENCE ROOM

Present: Town Manager Fred Moody, Chairman Milton T. Bratz, Selectman G. Michael Gilman, Vice Chairman Marghie Seymour attending by phone conference from New Mexico on personal business, Executive Secretary Ceil Stubbings

Others Present: Brody Karen Noyes (Finance Director), Chief Paul Smith (Littleton PD), Darin Wipperman (The Courier), Dann, Rudy Gelsi

Bratz opened the meeting at 4:30 PM.

The board reviewed the list of forty warrant articles. Moody stated that they would have to talk about each of the warrant articles at the January 19th Bond & Budget Hearing. The social service articles add fifteen cents to the tax rate. Moody noted that the Energy Conservation Committee had changed their warrant article to $25,000. Bratz noted that the Town’s budget now stands at $7.74 as opposed to the $7.44 figure they were previously at. Moody said the Town Garage Bond will not impact the 2015 taxes.
Seymour said she would be back in Littleton for the Deliberative Session. Moody said there was still time for more changes. They may have to drop some of the equipment purchases and some of the projects that are not immediately needed. If further cuts are employed it should come from the Deliberative Session. Moody

Gilman made the motion to adjourn. Seymour seconded the motion. The motion to adjourn passed by a unanimous roll call vote. The meeting adjourned at 5:20 PM.
