HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT
Hello every one and greetings from the highway dept. I hope you all had a safe winter. Spring is here and the weather has been great. It has also brought a nother season, mub season. How ever we are in good shape with our gravel roads.The rutting and wet spots have been minimal and i hope to pull the road bans may 1st. we have been york raking the gravel roads to smooth them out and hope to have the grader out soom. Also the street sweeper is working in town and will be going out in the country soon. I known every one wants to get thier windows open. the crew is also doing lawn repair from plowing and they will be washing the towns bridge decks and rails in an effort to remove salt residue fron the past winter.
