TUESDAY, JULY 28, 2009
COMMUNITY CENTER, HEALD ROOM
7:00 PM

Present: Chairman Eddy Moore, Vice Chair Mike Lombardi, Richard Merrow, Kyle Jensen, Eugene Langdoc, and Joanna Ray

Excused: Donna Trahan

Chairman Moore called the meeting to order at 7:00.

Kyle Jensen was appointed as a voting member for tonight.

The case on the agenda was the CONTINUATION OF: TransEdge Energy II, LLC, Owner / Horizon Engineering, Agent

Planning Board

The Planning Board meets regularly on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 6 pm.

Zoning Board of Adjustment

The Zoning Board of Adjustment meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 6 pm pending any hearings are necessary.
