The Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, January 9, 2023 at 5:00 PM, as prescribed by RSA 31:95-b, Section III, and RSA 91A: 2 to discuss and make a motion to revise the Town of Littleton’s Sewer Use Ordinance (Chapter 13) for state compliance and to discuss and make a motion to adopt fees and penalties.

The subject is to discuss and make a motion to the Town of Littleton’s Sewer Use Ordinance (Chapter 13) based on overall state requirements and specific state review comments that have resulted in revisions to the existing ordinance language.  The subject of fees and penalties is related to the specific sections in the Town of Littleton’s Sewer Use Ordinance (Chapter 13).
