The Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at 5:00 PM, as prescribed by 32:11 Emergency Expenditures and Over Expenditure.

To request the approval for an Emergency Expenditure, under RSA 32:11, in the amount of $100,000.00. These are supplemental funds for to the current $1,300,000.00 emergency project at the Town Wastewater Treatment Facility to replace both primary screw pumps and bar rack that are critical to processing and lifting wastewater above grade and allowing it to flow through the treatment process. The source of the revenue we seek would come from Littleton’s Sewer Enterprise Fund undesignated fund balance which is currently $460,750.50.
