POLICY FOR THE DISPOSAL OF TOWN OWNED DISPOSABLE PROPERTY
WHICH IS NOT CONSIDERED REAL PROPERTY

The Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, February 26, 2024 at 5:00 PM, as prescribed by RSA 31:95-b, Section III, and RSA 91A: 2 to discuss and make a motion to adopt revisions to the Town of Littleton’s policy for the disposal of town owned disposable property which is not considered real property.

The subject is to discuss and make a motion to adopt revisions to said policy that will incorporate disposition by online auction and salvage along with other revisions that provide clearer language on the disposition process.

The proposed revisions to said policy are available at the Town Offices at 125 Main Street, Suite 200, Littleton, NH.
