Planning Board
The Planning Board reviews Subdivisions, Lot Line Adjustments and Mergers of property. Subdivision approval is required before a landowner can divide a lot into smaller lots or add building sites. Planning Board review is also required for various developments. Please refer to the Zoning Ordinance and the Subdivision Regulations for these requirements.
The Planning Board meets on the first and third Tuesday each month at 5:30pm. Applications must be submitted at least 18 days prior to the hearing date.
Zoning Board of Adjustment
The Zoning Board hears requests for Variances and Special Exceptions. Please refer to the Zoning Ordinance for a complete list of permitted uses as well as other regulations.
The Zoning Board meets on the fourth Tuesday each month. Applications must be submitted at least 12 days prior to the meeting date.
