The Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 13, 2022 at 5:00 PM, as prescribed by RSA 31:95-b, Section III, and RSA 91A: 2 to discuss the Operation of All OHRV’s on a section of Industrial Park Road, Littleton NH  

The subject is to allow OHRV usage on a section of Industrial Park Road from the vicinity of Hammerdown Adventures to access the Rail Trail in the vicinity just South of Burndy Road.

215-A:6 Operation of All OHRV’s
IX. Pursuant to RSA 215-A:15, and following a duly noticed public hearing advertised at least 14 days in advance in a public location in the city or town and notification to abutters by verified mail pursuant to RSA 21:53, city or town councils and boards of selectmen may authorize the use of sidewalks and class IV, class V or class VI highways and bridges, or portions thereof, for use by OHRV’s.
