The Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 27, 2022 at 5:00 PM, as prescribed by RSA 31:95-b, Section III, and RSA 91A: 2 to discuss the acceptance or denial of the Community Revitalization Tax Relief Incentive (RSA 79-E) for Rail Trail Properties, LLC, Map/Lot 79-176 & 79-178 on Beacon Street and assessments for the 2022 tax year are $1,728,600 and $56,200.

The subject property is a 12.9 acres parcel with an industrial building previously owned by Hitchiner Manufacturing. The applicant is applying for the Community Revitalization Tax Relief Incentive under RSA 79-E. The applicant has provided all the necessary documentation and it is recommended that the application be approved for the 2022 tax year.
