Parks & Recreation Field/Facility Usage Policy

If you would like to reserve a Parks & Recreation facility or field, please complete the following:
- Request facility reservation online: littletonnh.myrec.com
- Facilities-->Facility List-->Reserve
- You will need to have/create a myrec account
- or
- Call or email the Recreation Director
- You will need to have/create a myrec account
- Review the Field Usage Policy
- Print the Policy
- To indicate your understanding;
- Sign the Disclaimer on page 7
- Initial all bullets on page 8
- Collect a Certificate of Insurance as identified on page 5
- Identify the fee needed for your reservation as identified on page 5
- Fee can be made payable by cash, card, or check (written to Town of Littleton)
- Bring your signed policy, certificate of insurance, and fee to the Parks & Recreation Director
- Prior to and post event the facility/field will be reviewed
