New construction requires a building permit, driveway permit and E911#. A sewer connection permit is also required if Town sewer is available in the area. Please refer to the Sewer Ordinance for details. A building permit is required with a footprint alteration of an existing building, the removal of a mobile home or other structure, fence over 4 feet tall, and construction renovation of $1,000 or more in the floodplain.
